Constantly self evaluate.

Track of your strengths and weaknesses and be ready to change your habits to improve your productivity. Keep a “Stop Doing” list to track your bad habits, and check them off once you’ve broken them. See what activities take up the most amount of your time, and come up with ways to shave a few minutes off each one. Even small improvements to your productivity will add up and save you lots of time in the long run.
