If you’re looking to quickly jump to a photo with a particular title or comment, tap the search icon in the bottom left. This search will pull up any project, photo, or contact profile that includes your search keywords.
When creating your project, select the dropdown arrow to the right of the project title, and tap the folder icon to add a profile photo for your project. You can also update the profile photo at any time, by swiping left on the project title on the home screen, tapping “more” and then “update”.
When working on a project, swipe left on the project title, tap “more” and export the photos. This allows you to view your photos in large format and high resolution and to print them. It’s a great way to sign off on completed projects, and also to share projects with friends or colleagues who may not have the app.
As great as exercising your body is for mood and productivity, exercising your mind is equally as important. Check out apps like Lumosity to keep you on your toes, or try brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand!
Tap the people icon in the top navigation bar to see what your teammates are working on. You can tap on their names, to see which projects they are currently working on with you, and to monitor their recent activity on the app.
When reviewing approvals and feedback on a project with lots of photos, tap the third icon in the top menu bar to view all the photos in one clean grid. There, you will see the ones that have been approved unilaterally marked with a check, and those that have been rejected unilaterally with a cross mark. Also, the photos with team feedback that have yet to be reviewed by you will display red notifications.
My life has completely changed since I started meditating. It keeps me calmer, helps me focus and regulates my sleep/wake cycle. I recommend it to everyone as a productivity booster, and as a health tip.
Sometimes, because there is so much to get done, we don’t give ourselves the proper amount of time to reflect on something. Allow yourself at least 24 hours and a good night of sleep before making important decisions.
A great way to use LASTLOOK is for sharing art. It works great for all types of people interested in art; gallerists, buyers, interior designers or simply interested fairgoers! For instance, the LASTLOOK team went to Frieze NY on Thursday and shared lots of snapshots.
First step is to create the project. Tap the + icon in the bottom left to create the project. Here, I add in a title, a profile photo (tap the folder icon to change the profile photo), and add members to the project.
As I wander through the art fair, I upload photos in the moment. Tap the camera icon in the bottom center to take a new photo in the app.
Then, I can add in comments, sharing the artist info, pricing and/or my thoughts on the piece. The other members of the project then get notified of the new additions in this project, and can give their feedback. I’m automatically notified in the app once they do, and can easily see the new activity in both the grid view (second icon in top menu bar) and the activity feed (last icon in top menu bar). If you click on the notification in the activity feed, it will bring you directly to the photo in question.
From there, I can just scroll through the feedback. And that’s it! Try it out this weekend at Frieze and let us know your thoughts.
